I am currently recruiting on behalf of a law firm based in Doncaster who are looking to appoint an experienced conveyancing legal secretary to join their team.

The firm seeking applicants to have a minimum of 2 years experience including completing SDLTs and drafting AP1s. The role is to support the Managing Director and three other fee earners. The role will also include secretarial support for other areas of law from time to time. The applicant should have experience with Microsoft word, excel and preferably with some experience of using case management systems. The applicant must be able to use their own initiative, be able to work as part of a team and also on their own.

The job role includes (but not limited to):-

* Dictation typing
* Drafting letters and emails
* Filing
* Completing of conveyancing and other legal forms
* SDLTs (both straight forward and complex) and AP1s/FR1's
* Full secretarial support to Managing Director and three other fee earners
* Dealing with clients and estate agents, by email, in person and on the telephone.
* May be required to cover short periods of time on Reception (to cover any absences).
* File opening and file closing procedures and archiving

The salary is flexible dependent on experience of the individual.
