Executive Chef - Events - London
A first class opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Sous Chef to work for one of London's leading event caterers operating at a number of permanent venues and listed at over 40 amazing venues where operates as an outside caterer.
As an Executive Sous Chef, you will be ensuring that all food is made to the highest standard of quality and presentation. You will be responsible for the purchasing and storage of all food items as well as maintaining all food hygiene and health and safety standards. You will also need a cheerful attitude as you may be required to interact with guests on a regular basis. An excellent salary of £42,000 per annum is available for the right person.
Effective team working and networking skills and the ability to work independently using own initiative. The ability to plan, prioritise and organise workload. They are looking for a self-starting, organised Senior Chef with extensive experience to add to their senior team.
The ability to challenge conventional thinking; must have demonstrable experience in evolving existing concepts.
Strong leadership qualities. Must balance driving for results with the ability to coach and mentor the chefs and their skills, supporting development of capability levels and succession planning.
Must have high volume banqueting experience.
