Accounts and Legal Assistant with French (Asset Management)
A rare opportunity to join a small, successful asset management house with excellent exposure to portfolio companies' daily activity and the workings of the funds/ investment vehicles
This role resides in the "mid-office activity" of this small firm, combining hands on support of the CFO with management of properties and the smooth running of the office. A varied and interesting role, you will need to be a self-starter and able to work autonomously, as your colleagues will often be on the road. An organised worker and extremely comfortable with numbers, you will learn about the business and become more and more indispensable with your responsibilities growing.
Tasks will include some administration (expenses, travel, post etc.), working on legal and compliance matters, keeping the offices filing and documents in order and simple bookkeeping (entering invoices etc.). You will work on presentations and carry out research, and will have regular exposure to the company’s property portfolio. This involves dealing with rent, managing agents, tenants etc.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in French with strong admin and organisation skills. Some accounting or / and legal skills would be a great advantage. A confident and mature communicator, you will have great computer skills with a special focus on Excel.
