If you have experience as a Shopping Centre Manager or Deputy Shopping Centre Manager and have a passion for retail, fantastic communication skills and natural enthusiasm to take on a challenge this could be the ideal role for you.

The role of the Shopping Centre Manager will include but is not limited to the following:

* Financial management including communicating with tenants & landlords regarding planned expenditure

* overseeing monthly & quarterly reviews regarding financial performance against budget
* identify when certain situations are likely to impact on achieving budget and work with management to resolve
* being the point of contact to represent the shopping centre at management meetings if required, at marketing meetings, dealing with potential new tenants and keeping the asset/ property manager informed of local developments
* build a close relationship with all tenants, planning and delivering a programme of tenant meetings each year and ensure there is a system of effective communication between management and the tenants
* identify marketing and PR opportunities, working closely with the marketing team and appointed external agencies
* identify one off opportunities to market and promote the shopping centre in the local community
* responsible for delivery of safe and secure shopping
* responsible for being compliant with H&S regulations
* actively engage in all relevant town centre initiatives
* develop and maintain good working relationships with all local external stakeholders
