Our British head to tail concept Restaurant in Central / West London is looking for a Sous Chef to report to our excellent Head Chef.

We are a produce lead restaurant, focusing on the best local and seasonal ingredients.

Sustainability and quality are key to us so we are looking for someone who understands this!

Our Sous Chef will have to understand good quality products as well as London Trends. We are all about the good vibes and are happy to have a cheerful friendly team who comes to work with a smile on their face.

You will be working with prime British produce, helping the Head Chef lead a team of 10 Chefs in a well equipped kitchen.

8 shifts per week. Fantastic quality and staff benefits.
