My client is seeking an experienced and commercially focussed Team Manager to oversee the daily management of a team of Relationship Managers and Executives. You will provide oversight and direction, you will coach, develop and mentor the team. The role will also include reporting and analytics and experience of compliance in an FCA regulated environment.

- Responsible for planning and maintaining work systems, procedures and policies
- Empower team to take responsibility for their own goals
- Personal development, coaching, mentoring and effective performance management, conducting regular 1-2-1s, and performance reviews
- Maintain employee work schedules, absence, training and holidays
- Maintain transparent communication. Communicate company information through department meetings, reviews and interpersonal communication
- Promote and work within a highly ambitious culture
- Overseeing daily reporting on in-house systems and weekly lender lead feedback and forecast reports
- Monitoring reject percentages and weekly QA reports
- Ensuring the onboarding of new lenders is in line with compliance and regulatory processes and procedures and that relevant licenses are in place
- Checking lender applications, insertion orders and due diligence questionnaires are completed correctly
- Building key relationships with Lenders and key stakeholders
- Regular reporting

Required
- Must have a good understanding of compliance, GDPR and data protection in a FCA regulated environment
- Previous people management experience is essential with proven ability to engage and manage a team effectively
- Commercial, innovative and solution focussed
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage key relationships
- Strong research and analytical skills
