Regional Manager – London & South East

Title: Regional Manager – London & South East

Reports to: Retail Director

Location: Field based (London, Brighton & Kent coast)

Salary package: £80,000 to £100,000 per annum + extensive benefits package

Benefits: Annual Performance Related Bonus 25% of salary, Company car & fuel card, Private Health, Life Assurance, Employee discounts at high street retailers, Pension, Group income protection and Long term incentive plan.

* Engage, inspire and coach area and store management teams to deliver exceptional store standards & performance
* Continually grow sales and deliver against key KPI’s such as sales, labour and stock loss
* Consistently implement and execute retail priorities which drive great customer experience
* Create a safe environment in stores for our colleagues and customers through effective management of audits and key regulatory affairs such as legal and H&S compliance
* Influence and deliver a strategic medium to long-term view that drives business growth.

Regional Manager – Skills required

* Drive, enthusiasm and tenacity to deliver targets in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to translate a strategic plan into achievable actions plans
* Well-developed influencing skills – able to present clear and evidence-based arguments up to board level
* A transformational leader able to support teams with change
* Able to develop a strategic plan that is executed down to store level
* A Leader who can motivate and coach the team to achieve regional objectives.

Regional Manager - Essentials

* Success in leading and managing multi-site retail operational teams
* Experience of delivering sales targets within a dynamic environment
* Proven track record of creating and implementing business plans & compliance
* Experience of leading teams through significant change
* Working knowledge of current employment practices
* Computer Literate with basic level of Excel
* Experience of presenting and influencing senior teams within an organisation.
