Change Analyst

Our client’s looking to hire Change Analysts for a 1-year fixed term contract who’ll help support our client’s global PLM change to FlexPLM. These positions can be offered on a contract basis or employed. Superb benefits given as an employee including 25-days holiday, contributory pension up to 14%, BUPA for family from day 1 and a Share Incentive Plan + lots more.

Salary/Package for this Business Change Analyst
£35k - £50k p/a if employed or up to £500 daily if a Contractor

What this Business Change Analyst Entails:

1. Support the programme from the change perspective
2. Delivery of the Change Impact Assessment (CIA)
3. Work with the business process and business SMEs to identify change
4. Escalates change challenges and define solutions
5. Delivery of the Training Needs Analysis and supporting the training
6. Support the delivery of training plan and training material as required

What do I need to qualify for the role of Business Change Analyst?

1. FlexPLM or another PLM or ERP solution
2. Change experience in highly complex, globally matrixed organisations
3. Process experience in category management
4. Product development or sourcing and/or expertise using a PLM
5. Retail, Fashion or FMCG experience
6. Consulting experience, FlexPLM or PLM or ERP
