Head of CRM / CRM Manager - Greenfield

A brand new role working in closely with the Marketing Director exists for a Head of CRM and you will be tasked with development of CRM and customer strategy, driving sales growth and building the organisation into a market leader through the creation of best in class eCRM communications.
You will develop the end-to-end customer journey, through the implementation of analytics and insight and targeted data driven marketing, with a focus on enhancing the overall customer experience.
In summary the role is GREENFIELD and you will be expected to:
- Develop and deliver engaging, impactful and personal campaigns that drive retention and loyalty to meet commercial objectives
- Develop the acquisition strategy across email and direct mail
- Analyse customer behaviours
- Reporting on performance to senior management
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated & experienced Head of CRM / CRM Manager, very passionate about CRM / eMail Marketing and most importantly offer experience in customer management, strategy and execution.
With experience gained ideally within an online business, you will be a creative thinker with innovative ideas, be commercially astute and results driven and have strong analytical skills with the ability to spot trends and opportunities in data.
The role would suit an ambitious and driven individual with a track record of success and sees eCRM as key to an online business.
