Business Development Executive - (L&D) London - £30k-£40k (with OTE £55k-£60k)

Do you have 3 years of selling e-learning / SaaS? Do you have proven experience selling L&D products? Then this is for you!

The company:

My client is an award-winning e-learning company and are the industry leaders in video based training! Not only that, but they have a well-established history of comedy running through their training videos due to the VIP comedians who established the company!

The role:

As Business Development Executive, you will be used to breaking down doors to speak to the right people to strike new business opportunities. Thinking out of the box will help you to find different approaches of understanding client needs - but most importantly, in a consultative manner.

You will have the chance to contact warm leads as well as cold leads and this role could easily turn into a 50/50 account management split!

Understanding the client need and how you may be able to provide a solution is the desired approach. However, this also means knowing when to stop hunting a lead if they have no use or interest in the product.


You need to be able to show proven experience selling SaaS and e-learning in a B2B L&D context for at least 3 years. It will work in your favour to have examples of consultative or bespoke sales experience to draw from and to be ready to discuss in an interview.
