Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to work in great offices in Luton. This role would suit someone from a retail or customer service background and have an interest in fashion

Function of the role
To effectively deliver a high level of customer service to all customers and fulfil all web placed orders.

Main duties
• Web and mail order fulfilment
• Collating all web orders
• Check payments
• Despatch all orders within time frame
• Taking payment and orders over the phone
• Weekly reporting
• Live chat if necessary
• Assist and resolve with customer queries, faulty goods, returns, complaints etc
• Administer returns and exchanges
• Adhoc duties including reception duties, answering calls and meeting guests.

Experience required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good organisational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Attention to detail
• Positive attitude

Hrs: 37.5 hr a week Mon – Fri (7.5 hrs a day between 8am – 6pm)
Holidays: 20 days (increasing after length of service) plus 8 bank holidays
