E-Learning Specialist
Location - Home based with frequent travel to the Bradford office
Salary - Competitive
Contracted hours - 37.5 per week
Contract type - 12 month fixed term contract

This is a new and exciting opportunity to work for Anchor joining our L&D team. You will be responsible for creating engaging digital learning content as well as supporting the wider team by promoting and encouraging the use of e-learning resources.

Reporting into the L&D Project Delivery Manager, responsibilities include:-
Responsibility for the development of new e-learning materials as required.
Working with the wider L&D team to ensure that an effective blend of learning solutions is developed.
Working with the LMS provider to ensure that the full functionality of the LMS is being best utilised.
Working with SMEs ensure that all e-learning materials have the right content and meet learning outcomes.
Engaging learners with on-line solutions.

Required knowledge & experience:-
Knowledge of learning technology best practice.
Up to date knowledge of industry best practice, market competitors and developments in the L&D technology arena.
Knowledge of business structure, key stakeholders and key project dependencies.
Experience of project managing a number of learning technology solutions.
Experience with Moodle LMS.
A range of experience developing various e-learning content and blended solution design.
Use of testing and assessment methodologies to evaluate the effectiveness of e-learning content.

Required skills:-
Excellent Articulate Storyline skills to be able to design and create engaging and effective e-learning content.
Effective story boarding skills and ability to work with SMEs to get an effective blend of information content and an enjoyable learner experience.
Ability to present information in a clear and understandable format.
