Statutory & Trust Project Manager Contract
Leading the team who deliver statutory funding and Trust applications, you will work closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders. This is a 6 month contract.

Project manage each statutory bid and Trust application, ensuring there are appropriate project processes and frameworks in place.
Oversee the development and writing of compelling statutory bid submissions and applications of the highest standard to secure income from local and central Government, charitable trusts and foundations and health organisations.
Manage day to day project activities, with support from the wider Income Generation Team.
Identify strategic and operational partners for new business opportunities, in collaboration with Service and Partnership Managers and Programme Leads.
Develop, manage and report on bid applications, development and presentation of milestones to keep all stakeholders informed and involved.
Liaise with colleagues to develop strong relationships with statutory partners/ Trusts and commissioners to help influence and shape tenders, where appropriate.
Work with the Health Improvement, Living Well and Digitial leads, and other stakeholders, to agree the design of the content of submissions.
Relevant project management experience or hold a relevant project management, finance or management qualification
Experience of managing digital services or projects
Experience of designing and implementing project management approaches to deliver complex projects on time and to budget
Experience of successfully collaborating with commissioners, funders and service partners to achieve shared objectives and outcomes
Experience of developing bids including writing proposals and service model costings
Experience of presenting complex information clearly to a range of audiences in appropriate and accessible formats
Ability to engage a wide range of individuals and interest groups, including internal colleagues and external stakeholders, in joint working
