Your new company
A Top 25 UK Chartered Accountancy Firm based in Central London. They have a personal, partner-led service aimed at entrepreneurial small-medium enterprises, large corporates and high-net worth individuals. With clients across a range of industries, they aim to deliver a premium advisory service, maintaining their reputation of being efficient and cost-effective. On offer to clients are services including audit, corporate taxation, private client services, VAT, business recovery and forensic accounting, together with a range of sector groups offering specialist industry knowledge. They are now looking for a qualified Auditor to join the London team as a Supervisor.

Your new role
In your new role you will have the following responsibilities including preparation and review of statutory accounts in line with UK GAAP/FRS102, reporting to an audit manager and/or Partner and being responsible for the planning and execution of the audits in accordance with the International Auditing Standards. In addition, you will be responsible for supervising audit trainees, reviewing their work, assisting with their development and dealing with their performance evaluations. Finally, you will have ad hoc responsibilities including drafting Corporate Tax Computations and conducting internal audits.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role, you will be a newly qualified ACA or ACCA ideally with first time passes and have trained within a practice for at least 3 years. You will be a good team player, able to lead large audits and possess good organisational, planning, and delegation skills. Additionally, it would be desirable to possess knowledge and experience in software packages including PROaudit, AP, Alphatax, Excel, Word, and Outlook, although training will be provided on these.
