Your new role
You new role will see you join the Real Estate team made up of audit, advisory and tax functions, providing a complete solution to clients. Predominately you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients both in building and maintaining relationships and the financial management of clients. You will oversee the audit process, ensuring assignments are staffed with the appropriate mix of knowledge and skills and that the firm's risk management and quality control procedures are adhered to at all times. Finally, due to the nature of the clients, you will be involved in some corporate fiance and bespoke accounting work for clients.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role, you will be ACA/ICAS/ACCA fully qualified with several years post qualified experience. You will have previous experience of managing people as well as project management experience. You will have good working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP and Financial Reporting requirements and a working knowledge of financial products, firm services, issues regarding advice and regulation and compliance, including anti-money laundering. Finally, although Real Estate experience is desirable it is not essential.
