IT Manager required in Central London (Kings Cross) for an Award winning Digital Agency (Tech Times 100) considered as one of Europe’s most successful agencies in Digital Transformation, often setting the standard within the industry. Working with some the world’s biggest brands they need an ambitious IT manager who will responsible for the maintenance of the workstations of 250 staff across our London, Bristol and international offices for the maintenance of their IT infrastructure. The company is growing at an unprecedented rate and there will be lots of exciting projects to enable the right person to broaden their skill set. The right individual for this role will be dynamic, friendly, proactive and engaging with a willingness to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.Management

    Managing 2 IT support Engineers (London and Bristol)Budgeting, and subsequent management of agreed IT budgetsCost effective and timely purchasing
Customer support

    Management of internal IT infrastructureInstalling and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applicationsMonitoring and maintaining computer systems and networksMaintaining and supporting meeting room video systems (Starleaf)Virtual machine (VM) setup and virtual network configurationVoIP phone system maintenanceTalking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issuesTroubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults, replacing parts as requiredProviding support, including procedural documentation and relevant reportsFollowing diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a systemResponding within agreed time limits to call-outsRapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, e.g. software developersSetting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issuesWorking continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)Prioritising and managing many open cases at one time
Project work

    Working with the contractor project manager on building projects and the execution of them in a timely fashionProject management responsibility for the technical and telephony aspects of office seating moves Developing existing systems and configurations, as well as implementing new technologiesTesting and evaluating new technology.

    Experience of providing customer support to a Mac and Windows mixed environmentAbility to manage own time, prioritising and dealing with workload on own initiativeStrong staff management skillsStrong project management skillsFriendly, proactive and engaging approach to customer serviceWillingness to travel between London and Bristol officeDesirable Certifications; Cisco CCENT, Microsoft MCP, CCNA
