Our client is a leading global logistics business operating across the world. We have a new opportunity for an experienced Claims administrator to join this fast paced department. The objective of this position is to liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure on time deliveryof product, drive shipping efficiency improvements and coordinate cross-functional customers to ensure on time delivery of projects.

Key responsibilities include;

- Processing customer claims
- Operational control of a number of global and local suppliers including in house supply.
- Communication with third party logistics to ensure shipping performance KPI
- Support improvement activities within the internal and external supply base
- Manage supply chain systems including ordering volumes
- Manage daily supply issues and inventory control
- Support project management and TdC improvement initiatives.

Candidates must have excellent Microsoft Excel skills.

We welcome applications from candidates that have claims processing and finance experience, some exposure to production or a parts control environment would be an advantage.
MRP knowledge would be an advantage .

Applications must demonstrate recent and relevant experience. Candidate must be proficient in the use of all IT systems and have strong Excel skills.

Minimum GCSE grade A-C in English and Maths.

This is a day shft role however we do expect fleibility from candidates to meet the needs of the business.
