Our client is keen to recruit a strong Client / Customer Service Clerk to join this very busy team, you need to be a passionate individual who enjoys helping resolve client queries or complaints. IF you have any expertise in working in Financial Services or perhaps had experience of FSA? then this is the ideal role for you. Financial services or FSA are not essential for the role the main ingredient and skill set is a person who can resolve client queries.

You need to have strong writing skills to be able to write your own correspondence and emails. Apart from a good basic salary there is an all round package of benefits!

Customer Service Clerk Responsibilities:

- Ensure all customer complaints are dealt with in a timely, efficient and courteous manner
- To comply with all company procedures and standards
- Monitor and report performance on Service and Quality Commitments
- Minimise any potential loss and reduce costs wherever possible
- To comply with all relevant legislation at all times such as Consumer Credit Act, Money Laundering Act, Data Protection Act, FCA, FOS and the FLA code of practice
- To be involved in the decision making process and being able to communicate this effectively
- Demonstrate an understanding of the value of commercial relationships
