InTune & AADP Engineer

My client, a global powerhouse within the technology industry, is looking for a thoughtful, analytical and highly energised InTune & AADP Engineer to join a new team that will be responsible for delivering onboarding EMS. The team is based in Reading and the contract is for 6 months initially.

The FastTrack Engineer should be a recognised technical expert who is interested in running complex operations across multiple countries, interested in coaching and mentoring others, able to analyse complex technical and non-technical data to understand challenges and opportunities and to drive results through their impact on others.

The FastTrack Engineer is also responsible for the technical aspects of onboarding customers which includes providing proactive guidance and remediation assistance.

The FastTrack Engineer will have to work with EMS customers, assess their environment, network and software to identify the actions needed for a smooth and quick Onboarding of Intune (Standalone and Hybrid) and / or Azure AD Premium features, to define and execute a remediation plan together with the customer's IT staff as well as coach and mentor other FastTrack engineers on assisting customers. You are responsible for executing the delivery of the customer Onboarding Experience while utilising the company's IP and assets across partners, Enterprise services engineering and support teams, the field sales organisations and Office 365/ EMS business groups.

Successful Candidate Competencies:

Minimum Experience:

A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience deploying, configuring and administering a cloud-based MDM solution, ideally Intune in large organisations of more than 1,000 managed devices/users, covering the following areas (some features may have been released more recently than 3 years ago):

  • Device enrollment and configuration settings on 3 or more of the following platforms:
  • Windows
  • Windows Mobile/Phone
  • iOS
  • Android
  • Samsung KNOX
  • MAC computers
  • E-mail, Wi-Fi and VPN profile deployment
  • Conditional Access (device compliance)
  • Application deployment
  • Mobile Application Management with and without device enrollment
  • Experience with AADP / Intune is mandatory.
  • 1 + years of hands-on experience managing System Center 2012 R2 Configuration Manager or newer versions

Desired Experience for Intune:

  • 3 years of hands-on experience managing mobile devices through EAS, creating allow, block and quarantine lists specifying which mobile devices are allowed access to Exchange mailboxes.
  • Experience with non-Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solutions is a plus.
  • Experience of working with different identity solutions including ADFS

Desired Experience for AADP:

  • All requirements above, plus
  • Multi forest AD experience
  • Experience of working with different identity solutions including ADFS
  • Experience of publishing on premise applications to the cloud
  • Knowledge of Multi Factor authentication
  • Any knowledge of SSO for SaaS based applications

Certifications:

Any Azure certification is considered a plus: 70-532, 70-533, 70-534
