CER are seeking to appoint a bank of exceptional Learning Support Assistants who are able to be flexible workers to support our schools across St Helens and the surrounding areas. We are working with a variety of schools and academies who are wanting LSA's to work on a 1:1 basis with students who need additional support within the classroom.

Our ideal candidates will be a driven and passionate; possess the ability to learn from feedback in order to constantly improve and develop and be committed to the roles we offer. We are looking for someone who can work as part of a team, roll their sleeves up and excel at what they do. You will have an unrelenting obsession to be the best you can be, and, in turn, motivate the pupils in your care to excel. You will need to be calm, well organised, and self-confident, with excellent communication and inter-personal skills. The post requires close collaboration with students, colleagues, leadership and senior management teams. It will also involve using your own initiative to find the best approaches to supporting staff and pupils when unlocking potential. You will need to be a cheerful and organised self-starter, flexible and adaptable, with a helpful, friendly and inclusive approach.

This post provides a unique opportunity for the successful candidates to excel across a range of areas, including: classroom support for KS3 & KS4 pupils, high-quality whole class teaching and the delivery of group interventions.
