Payroll Administrator
North of York

Our client, a large manufacturing business are looking to recruit an experienced payroll administrator to cover a period of maternity leave. Working as part of a team your main responsibilities will be as follows;

Acting as a key contact with employees and other site administrators
Assisting with overall payroll preparation for up to 3000 employees both monthly and weekly
Auditing of payroll information and documentation to ensure appropriate authorisation
Input of both permanent and temporary data to payroll system
Reconciliation of data
General administration

Ensuring that the routine tasks are carried out, you will prove to be efficient and proactive with work rate and accuracy being of paramount importance to this position. Excellent Excel skills and a professional manner are essentials for this position.

This role is to cover maternity leave and will be for an initial period of 6 months.

Salary guide £18000 - £22000
