Our 550-strong team operate from sites across Europe – Southampton, Yeovil, Paddington and Austin Friars (London) in the UK, Lille and Longpont in France, Spain, Romania, Poland and Russia.

Reporting to the Integration Solutions CC Manager this role will be accountable for leading the Integration analysis, design and development activities for the Integration team so as to facilitate the successful delivery of solutions for Kingfisher Group projects.

The Lead role will work with the Competency Centre Manager to manage demand and project delivery to time, quality and budget.

The role ensures that solutions are in accordance with business requirements, industry best practice and departmental standards and will also provide advice and technical support to other KITS Teams including third parties

We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate experience in leading distributed development teams to deliver a wide variety of integration solutions, including;

  • EDI technologies
  • Business Process Management Workflow (IBM BPM)
  • Messaging Queues/ESB (IIB)

The right candidate is not expected to have technical skills in all these technologies, but must be confident in their understanding of the Integration principles and be able to guide developers through to a successful delivery.

We are also expecting experience of working directly with vendors and their products to ensure end to end deliverables are achieved to time and budget. An ability to understand, explain complex solutions and make considered decisions will be required.
