Purchase Ledger Assistant
Your new company
You will be joining a UK wide Business Services organisation that has a great presence in their sector. They have a fantastic culture and are based close to public transport links in Solihull.
Your new role
This is not your everyday Purchase Ledger role it is not based around purely high volume processing it is a more complex role where there are specifics to it that will make it more interesting. You will be tasked with:
- Maintaining the Purchase Ledger across multiple companies & multiple bank accounts
- Bank Payments
- Bank Reconciliations
- Investigating invoice queries
- Intercompany recharging
- Petty Cash tracking across various offices
- Checking and payment of Staff Expenses
- Aged Creditor Analysis
- Assisting the Finance Manager as required
What you'll need to succeed
You will be bright and enthusiastic with a good numerical mind. You need to have experience working in an accounts department for a year as an absolute minimum, preferably in a similar Purchase Ledger position. You will be someone who has a great team spirit and loves to get involved.
What you'll get in return
You will be generously paid between £18,000 and £20,000 depending on experience with a great set of company benefits. You will be joining a very energetic and friendly team who have quite a medium sized accounts team with potential for progression and development within the organisation.
