Looking to work for a large, leading retail name in the UK?

Do you have experience working as an Accounts Assistant and the desire to work in a fun and friendly team?

This opportunity will utilise your Excel, problem solving and analytical skills. The hours are flexible and you could work between 30 to 37.5 hours per week.

The Role:

Working as an Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for:

* Maintaining the cash book for all company bank accounts
* Posting cash book transactions
* Weekly bank reconciliations (month end duties)
* Communicating with banks to resolve queries
* Reporting banking discrepancies
* Monitor banks accounts on a daily basis, raising any queries
* Preparing daily cash flow summary
* Managing requests for company credit cards
* Dealing with petty cash

What we are looking for:

* A confident personality happy to deal with queries until resolved
* Proven Excel Skills (pivot table experience)
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Strong experience working in an accounts department
