Berry Recruitment are looking for a Retail Manager to work with our independent country shop & restaurant client, based in Staffordshire. This role is available due to the popularity of the venue and their upcoming expansion.

The role involves
*Deliver an inspiring experience to customers, promoting the company values of provenance, local, seasonal and own brand
*Serving and advising customers
*Managing of stock and pricing
*Merchandising in a creative manner
*Prioritise and plan to seasonal hi-lights and key trading periods
*Drive and increases sales and opportunities for new products and offers
*Recruit, coach and developing team members
*Promote customer loyalty through loyalty card and offers

Experience required
*Managerial experience in a similar environment
*Working knowledge of merchandising
*Working knowledge of Health and Safety and Hygiene requirements

*Love of local foods
*Enthusiastic and outgoing personality
*Ability to work on own initiative and within a team
