The purpose of this role is to oversee key processes in the areas of despatch and office logistics. These include sending out important post daily; keeping the office tidy for staff and visitors; admin / logistics; assisting with health and safety tasks; manual handling; office maintenance / DIY; and liaising with contractors for larger office works / repairs.

This is a part time, permanent role based in Leatherhead, Surrey

The position will be worked over 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 10pm-3pm

Salary is £10,400k per annum for the 25 hours (£8 per hour)

The main duties of the Facilities Assistant are to:

Print online orders and ensure the correct paperwork is passed to the finance team
Take orders and payments via telephone
Greet all incoming victors
Liaise with contractors
Manage stock levels
Receive all incoming deliveries
Put together company information packs
Collect post from all departments
Log and send out all outgoing post
Pick and pack orders that come in
Other ad hoc duties as required
To be successful as the Facilities Assistant you will:

Have strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications
Hold a GCSE (or equivalent) grade C or above in English and Maths
