Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a leading energy business to recruit an Project Engineer, on a 6-9 month contract.

The Project Engineer will report to the Project Manager and liaise colleagues, suppliers and partners to ensure the safe and successful installation and commissioning of specialist equipment on power generation sites.

The Project Engineer’s duties will include:

- Assist and support Project Managers
- Write technical documentation for installation, commissioning and operational procedures
- Assist with procurement of materials and organise delivery and installation
- Oversee the commissioning and handover of equipment on customer sites
- Manage costs and timescales, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Ensure compliance to all relevant industry standards and safety standards

We would be keen to speak to candidates with the following skills and experience:

- Degree qualified in an Engineering discipline
- Knowledge process engineering; pipes, valves, pumps, vaporisers etc.
- Experience of safety regulations within the Power Generation sector, ideally Nuclear
- Extensive Project Engineering experience
- Able to produce technical documentation and SOPs
- Willingness to travel
