Senior Service Desk Analyst
We are looking for an enthusiastic service desk analyst to assist with providing high quality IT support to a number of internal users. You will provide 2nd line support across a selection of technologies including but not limited to: Windows 7-10, Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Server, telephony, Office 365 and Azure.
The company take professional development very seriously and will be regularly encouraging ways you could develop your technical skills through training on the job as well as ascertaining the latest certifications. The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar service desk role previously and must have a "can-do" attitude. You will have worked with a variety of different infrastructure technologies and have experience of working in a structured ITIL environment. Personality really is key for this role, someone who is easy-going, can have a laugh and enjoys what they do.
