We are a leading financial services firm, based in Rustington, West Sussex, providing a bespoke facility to the legal profession & the management of legal fees.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Fees Administrator Clerk or Fees Controller to be responsible for their own allocated clients.

Knowledge of the legal profession is not a requirement as full training will be provided but experience either in an invoice discounting role or a factoring role would be a distinct advantage, we would also consider applicants that have a proven track record in B2B multi-company/organisation collections. The ideal candidate should also possess relevant IT skills in Excel, Outlook and have customer service experience with excellent spoken and written communication abilities and be able to deal with people at all levels.

In return you will be rewarded with a salary of up to £18,500 depending on experience,

20 days holiday a year plus Christmas shutdown,

Pension after initial qualifying period.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm or we would also consider a 4 Day Week - (pro-rata) for the right candidate
