Purchase Ledger Clerk
Kingscroft Professional Resources are delighted to be recruiting for our client based in Wrexham. They're a multi-disciplined construction business, offering their customers a one stop shop approach to contracting. Due to company growth, they are now recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their accounts team.
As a purchase ledger clerk, you will be responsible for an end to end ledger process, from processing invoices to supplier payment runs. A high level of accuracy is required, and an organised approach to deadlines. Some of the duties include:
- Checking & Processing Supplier Invoice
- Raise invoice queries with suppliers and relevant departments
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Prepare supplier payment runs
- Weekly bank reconciliations.
As the ideal candidate you will have some experience of working within an accounts department with an active involvement in purchase ledger work. You will have a good attention to detail, and an organised approach to work. Experience of Sage 50 and Microsoft Excel would be a great advantage, but is not required.
