Do you have experience working with a Project Management role within Market / Hospitality / Software Solutions?

Have you experience in planning multiple complex projects at the same time with multiple stakeholders?

Do you have a background in Digital Marketing / Digital Technology Software Solutions?

We are currently working with a leading technology provider selling solutions in to the Hospitality and Restaurant industries. With over 500 staff and 30 years of history they have now established themselves to be the number one in their market with a presence throughout the UK. This role is working under the very modern and expanding business software solutions division that enables clients to use data to understand and engage with their customers, linking data sources and EPOS data to single customer views and customer relationship management systems.

This simple to use software platform is already well established in the UK with a dedicated customer base. In this role you will be working with some of the companies largest existing and new clients to help manage a number of their concurrent projects, which will be in various stages within their lifecycle. Experience within Hospitality, Restaurants, Leisure industry within a similar role would be of great benefit.

Career progression is expected and the average person stays with this business for a minimum of 5 years. This role will report in to the Head of Client Services and give you fantastic exposure to new technologies and some great clients. The key things they are looking for is Project Management around Technology, SaaS, Marketing Solutions and a strong background within PM.

Main Duties & Responsibilities: Project Manager

* Planning complex projects, involving multiple stakeholders.
* Managing multiple, concurrent, projects through their lifecycle, from requirements gathering, development, delivery, and closure.
* Tightly managing change control processes to ensure scope does not creep and hinder timely delivery.
* Maintaining and resolving issues logs, working with delivery teams who may face competing priorities.
* Identifying and managing risks to the delivery of your projects.
* Ability to work with a range of stakeholders, including clients, internal business analysts, developers, help desk teams, account managers, and project sponsors up to Director level.
* Strong influencing skills, having previously worked with on site AND remote teams
* Experience managing relationships with clients, via weekly written updates, regular conference calls, and face to face meetings.
* Closing projects via post implementation reviews, and incorporating lessons learnt into future projects.
