CRM Manager - E-Business - Upto £45K
My client, UK's largest online cashback and voucher code site, are looking for a CRM Manager. You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of the email marketing programs, including ownership of the setup, maintenance, and review of reoccurring and triggered email communications. Your main objective is to manage and grow the email channel made up of eight million members and counting. Additionally, you will maintain a current understanding of email marketing best practices and apply them to the execution of our email campaigns in collaboration with the Head of CRM.
You will be responsible for the management of automated email campaigns, working with key internal stakeholders to constantly improve retention KPIs and for growing the clients active member base through new customer activation, lapsed prevention and customer re-activation, in line with the CRM strategy. You will manage CRM activity to ensure it's on brand with the correct tone of voice, positioning and articulates the relevant propositions across email, app & Facebook channels. You will manage a Junior CRM executive and development of a customer-focused team.
You will have experience in a similar CRM/Email Marketing role. You should have previous experience using industry standard ESP's and have experience working with databases, data analysis and segmentation.
This is a 12 months fixed term contract with the possibility of a permanent position being offered at the end of the fixed term contract.
