To support the diversification strategy, Scope has recently invested in the creation of a Digital Engagement Strategy team that centralises digital marketing expertise to service the organisational needs and objectives, along with innovation and new product development of other sustainable income generating products.

About the role

Over the next four years, our services will directly reach two million people and drive change for many of the 14 million disabled people in the UK so that their ambitions are not limited by attitudes or policy.

We depend on support from hundreds of thousands of people to achieve our goals. This includes people donating money, volunteers giving time, people signing up to campaigns and many more.

We’re not afraid to make radical changes to achieve our goals. Our new strategy diversifies income generation to reduce reliance on face-to-face fundraising for bringing in new financial supporters.

This new role sits in the Digital Engagement Strategy team as part of the Marketing, Fundraising and Communications function. It is a crucial role responsible for supporter acquisition from digital products including our award winning Mindful Monsters, moving us closer towards achieving everyday equality.This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join an organisation working to achieve transformational growth.

About you

We’re looking for an experienced project manager who has managed multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on digital to grow a fundraising supporter base. You will be insights-driven with an analytical and agile approach to donor acquisition. You will be an enthusiastic, bold and collaborative person who embraces learnings to drive growth
