Elevation Recruitment Group are actively recruiting for a Business Development Manager on behalf of a fast-growing IT specialist who are going through impressive growth and are looking to grow their specialise sales team. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales the Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and managing all sales opportunities.

The purpose of the role is to establish and retain business growth opportunities. Mostly obtaining new clients and fostering business relationships to increase revenue from sales. You will be required to support the company ethos by way of providing exceptional service to clients and upholding the company message to market at all times.

Duties & Responsibilities Include:

- Ensure the company CRM system is updated daily
- Identify and manage all sales opportunities
- Responsible for creating and driving an accurate sales pipeline
- Able to identify new areas of growth
- Build relationships with existing clients as well as seeking new business

- Previous experience of working within the IT sector
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding
- Knowledge of CRM applications
