Key Account Director - Home Based - Excellent Salary & Benefits DOE

Our client is a leading Insurance Brokers who are actively seeking an experienced individual to take responsibility for existing and new clients within their key client’s area.

Main duties

Managing and growing business from existing distributors, including networks, lenders and key accounts

Establishing new connections with distributors within the mortgage & financial services sector and securing new business channels via contractual affinity partnership.

Managing and developing the company’s industry-wide relationships and associations

Specific responsibilities

Initiating, negotiating, delivering and developing new distribution channels

Creating and delivering marketing/sales campaigns with the key contacts, linked in with their business needs/priorities/strengths & weaknesses/member profiles, etc

Attending networking events and broker/member gatherings, delivering presentations as required in order to promote our products & services

Working with the Sales Director & Private Clients Director to deliver growth utilising the BDM/Sales teams.

Assisting the MD with the development of the market proposition

Experience required:

The ideal candidate will have a strong proven track record in either Affinity Partnerships, Proposition or Product Management or as a Senior Marketing Manager with experience of new business pitches for third party relationships.

You will bring expertise in end-to-end campaign management processes and of affinity business.

You will know how to influence marketing and business leaders and will be an expert in proposition management techniques and tools. Experience of preparing persuasive presentations and proposals is expected
