This is an exciting opportunity for a money hungry, passionate individual to join a highly regarded and prestigious Financial Services business located in Manchester. They are currently developing their customer loan assessor team, and expanding as a business providing excellent future career prospects and progression throughout the company!
They are fast becoming the number one competitor for loan providers in the North West, and as a customer assessor you will be responsible for speaking to customers who have made an enquiry about a guarantor loan. You will have to develop and maintain relationships with the clients, ensuring that your service remains efficient throughout and all information is provided accurately.
- Following up customer enquiries on a guarantor loan, making contact with customers who have shown an interest via their website.
- Assessing each clients’ individual circumstance to ascertain if a loan is a suitable service for them
- Providing customers with accurate and clear information about the loan process
- Fully qualifying the client and their guarantor by reviewing bank statements and credit checks
- Building and maintaining a relationship with each customer
Key skills required
- Excellent customer service skills are essential
- Extremely driven and outgoing persona
- Exceptional telephone manner, and accuracy is key for this role
- Proven experience in a target driven background would be ideal
- Background or knowledge in loans, debt management, financial services is desirable
