A fixed term contract opportunity until January 2019 has arisen in a busy marketing department within a top 20 accountancy firm. The role of Marketing Administrator represents an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career in marketing who wants to work across a wide range of marketing and business development areas. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Event Manager with event administration including dealing with and logging responses, coordination of event materials and production of name badges and place cards
  • Management of the events mailbox
  • Co-ordinating marketing material supplies and distribution
  • Dealing with all email enquiries, ensuring they reach the appropriate person in the organisation in a timely manner, including logging and tracking new business enquiries and invoice and remittance advice enquiries
  • Dealing with post enquiries that come into the marketing department
  • Processing of marketing invoices in a timely manner
  • Reviewing press coverage on a daily basis ensuring articles are sent to the appropriate people
  • Assisting with the in-house printing and binding of tenders

The ideal candidate will be well-educated with some previous marketing experience gained within a partnership environment. The Marketing Administrator must also be highly organised and efficient with is clear and concise communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
