This is an excellent opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to be based in Sevenoaks. - Accounting and Finance - Commerce and Industry.

A successful company who have expanded considerable in the past 10 years.

Description

Setting up new suppliers
Checking Purchase invoices, matching of invoices to purchase orders (POs).
Processing of invoices, credit notes, and staff expenses daily on the system
Reconciling key supplier statements to the purchase ledger
Preparing payment of suppliers via BACS.
Process subcontractor invoices
Process Petty cash payments and Employee Expenses
Any other ad-hoc duties
Dealing with queries

Profile

Experience with Microsoft Office
Experience with Sage 50
Knowledge of CIS
Self-motivated and hard working
Demonstrable time management and organisational skills
Ability to work as part of a team as well as being able to manage own workload daily
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing data
