Business Development Manager
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager to develop and manage sales for a recruitment specialist. You will be responsible for identifying and winning new contracts for the supply of employees for both the Permanent and Temporary markets to cover the Midlands.
As Business Development Manager you will be a highly motivated individual and skilled at building clients relationships quickly and able to close high margin deals with medium to large clients. Working closely with the recruitment team in Burton to develop top prospects and ultimately win new business.

• Previous experience of selling to large recruitment customers
