BORN SOCIAL is a team of social media specialists enabling challenger brands to realise the potential of social media. Our client base is wide and varied, ranging from everyday consumer brands to hotels & restaurants, tech startups and property companies.

You would work closely alongside the current New Business Manager and leadership team to identify potential client sectors, research projects and make initial contact, pitching our offer and working to get partners on board.

The New Business team is responsible for building BORN SOCIAL's external profile as well as developing and delivering our new business strategy, whilst identifying where we succeed and working to continuously refine our approach. Whether on the phone, in prospective meetings, writing proposals or out networking - this is a great opportunity for someone who can relish the challenge and responsibility of helping to lead the frontline of growing an exciting young business.


A great communicator… communication is the lifeblood of our business. You must be instantly friendly and great with people. You must have a natural ability to handle challenging situations and personalities with charm, and you need to have top-drawer written and verbal communication.

A love for social media… you must be fascinated by how brands can use social to further their business. You will be naturally curious about the developments of the online world and be excited about its potential.

Influence… the ability to structure a persuasive case that can form an accurate and compelling representation of the service we offer. You must be brilliant at selling your ideas!

Real drive and ambition… we are a small team in a small company and we need people who have the mindset of growth. You will be eager to learn and accelerate your career by playing a key role in building the business.

Initiative… you will be able to think on your feet, be full of ideas and with the enthusiasm and energy to put them into action of your own accord.
