Finance Administrator/Credit Controller
Inbox Insight sells digital marketing campaigns to companies targeting our subscriber community of six million IT, Marketing, and HR decision makers across EMEA and the USA. These campaign customers include many leading multi-national companies as well as major B2B media agencies.
Founded in 2010, the company is headquartered in the UK with sales offices in Germany (Munich), France (Paris), and the USA (Boston).
The role of Finance Administrator/Credit Controller is to assist and really support the Finance function with the majority of day to day business and finance operations.
Based in central Winchester, this role can offer a wonderful environment in which to work, an extremely supportive manager and a relaxed yet professional culture. You will be able to work fairly autonomously and will be trusted to ensure you manage your own workload.
We are looking for someone who is flexible, agile and prepared to get stuck in and support the team in all areas. You must be able to deliver against tight deadlines and be able to react quickly to last minute requests.
Ideally you will have some experience within credit control as this will be one of your main responsibilities. As we have recently expanded into Europe and the US with offices overseas we are seeking to recruit someone with excellent communications skills and ability to work in Euros and Dollars if possible.
Main duties will include:
- Responsibility for the Credit Control
- Employee expenses
- Purchase Ledger
- Supporting the Head of Finance in day to day ledger maintenance and reconciliation
- Administration of internal orders and reconciliation of those orders to invoices received
And ideally you will have experience in working with Sage and a proficiency in Excel.
