Our client are a leading Leisure and Health business based in Leicestershire. They are a vibrant business focussed on encouraging participation in sport, leisure and a healthy lifestyle. They are currently seeking an experienced CRM & Insight candidate with exceptional analytical skills to join in a newly created role
The CRM & Insight Manager will be responsible for using marketing data in order to understand the customer, to create targeted and engaging multi-channel communications. They will have excellent understanding of market segmentation and will create a focused communications strategy, deciding which channels are most appropriate as well as communication content.
They will ensure that all CRM campaigns are measurable and commercially focused in order to drive sales and retention of customers. They will continually analyse the effectiveness of campaigns in order to improve future communications.
The successful candidate will have been exposed to CRM systems and will be comfortable in translating data into tangible insight and campaigns.
The CRM & Insight Manager will be an excellent verbal and written communicator and will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business. They will be expected to present success and recommendations to senior figures confidently.
The successful individual will be a self-starter who is used to working in a fast-paced environment and able to work reactively as well as focusing on long term strategy.

Salary £30,000 - £35,000 + Excellent Benefits
