Chase and Holland are working with a well-known established company based in South Derby who are recruiting for a Payroll/Purchase Ledger clerk. Ideally they are looking for someone to join them on a temporary basis starting in June.
You will be joining a small friendly finance department and your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Full end to end purchase ledger process (60 invoices/week)
- Monthly and weekly payroll
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Payroll and holiday accruals including nest pension contributions
- Assisting in the completion of month end and management accounts duties
- Day to day management of the Accounts Administrator
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to start a role quickly. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in both payroll and accounts and be comfortable in supporting with month end duties. The role is paid at an hourly rate of £11.75 (including holiday pay) and working hours are 8.30-5pm
