My client are a performance marketing company, that create digital advertising campaigns, effectively track marketing activity, and providing true expertise on an international basis. They are looking to really expand the sales side of the team, with strong skills in helping their publishing clients optimise their websites financial profitability. They have international offices in locations including Warsaw, Singapore and Zurich, and are going through even more expansion this year.

Summary of the skills they are looking for:

  • On the lookout for a real professional within the performance marketing sphere, with a strong understanding of digital marketing, affiliate marketing and the AdTech and MarTech landscapes
  • The ability to really drive sales, being responsible for generating leads through cold calling, and pitching to clients
  • A real professionalism, with the ability to present effectively to C-Level Executives
  • A desire to grow within the company
  • A sociable, fun individual keen to get involved in a close-knit, dynamic and growing company

The salary is between £30,000-£40,000, all dependent on the calibre of the individual. They really reward their hungry and driven sales team with an uncapped commission structure in place.
