Account Manager - Ashford Kent
are looking for a talented Account Manager to work with some of our key
clients to develop high performing digital strategies. We are one of the fastest growing digital
agencies and we are proud to have many high-profile clients. Thanks to a number
of recent client wins and our continued growth we need an additional Account
Manager to join our teams in either Ashford (Kent ) or London office’s to
manage a number of these clients.
Managers own, manage and develop relationships with clients, proactively
adding value and assisting clients achieve their business aims and
objectives. You will be leading your POD (dedicated project team)
and you will be measured on providing outstanding customer service and
generating additional revenue for your pod and the ROI you offer to your
clients. Customer satisfaction will be your top priority

The day to day
Owning a predefined client base and being responsible for that client base’s individual and collective spend with Sagittarius and the profitability of that spend through the operation of a client Profit and Loss account you will spend time with your clients on their sites as well as in our offices helping them get the best ROI from their marketing investment with us.
Developing and sustaining a deep holistic understanding of the client’s business, using this understanding to drive the client’s marketing agenda by leading the marketing strategy and budget setting for your clients across all marketing channels (Search, Social, Offline, Mobile etc.
You will constantly look for opportunities to cross sell and will up sell from the full range of services provided by Sagittarius, as well as introducing emerging channels and technologies through thought leadership. You will provide weekly reporting for the Head of Clients Services and MD which clearly highlights current projects, revenue / project pipeline, communications stats and client P & L.
Informing and converting client briefs into profitable projects for Sagittarius. Then ensuring all client briefs are understood and handed over to your Pod Project Manager accurately and in a timely fashion. Upon completion, being part of the QA and handover team for a project to a client.
Skill / Experience you will need

previous experience of account development and revenue generation in a similar environment

to prepare and develop project proposals recurring-revenue contracts
You will need
excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at the highest
level and you will be an accomplished presenter.
will understand the methodology used to build responsive web sites.
You will have an
understanding of Ecommerce principles and strategies, multi-channel strategy
and implementation and of SEO principles and the application of them in the
design and build of web sites.
You will be able to
work with Digital Marketing and Strategy colleagues to develop cohesive
digital Strategies and performance reports for clients.
