A facilities organisation based in West London is looking for an interim FP&A Manager to support them on a 3-month interim basis. As the FP&A Manager you will be involved in providing commercial finance support to the CFO and Financial Controller with contract, investment and pricing proposals.


  • Support with all Investment Papers & pricing proposals for the UK&I
  • Advise and support the regional teams on commercial and investment finance matters
  • Monthly review and analysis of performance, identifying risks & opportunities
  • Reporting on revenue collection rates and labour controls to ensure full compliance with governance and best practice across the UK
  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure performance meets set targets and forecasts
  • Prepare monthly Finance board pack for directors
  • Review and submission of budgets & forecasts
  • Capital expenditure reporting
  • Customer reporting & analysis and supporting local finance teams

Key Skills Required:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (or equivalent)
  • Experience working in large corporate organisations
  • Experience in investment papers and pricing proposals
  • Experience in Corporate Governance
  • Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of driving financial results and efficiencies
  • Strong communication skills & ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
