Time Appointments are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading suppliers based on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds. They are currently looking to take on an Assistant Manager to join their already successful team. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales & customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers and develop new sales leads
  • Carry out regular stock checks & reports
  • Manage workload to deliver against daily KPIs

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven customer service experience
  • Driving Licence preferable
  • Ability to adapt and communicate with a variety of people
  • Confident in dealing with enquiries and complaints

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary which includes a basic salary and bonus incentives

Working hours:

Monday - Friday 8.30-5.30

Saturdays - 9:00-5:00 (regular Saturdays with a day off in lieu during the week)
