Head of Marketing & Communications for Jewish Charity
The Head of Marketing & Communications is a senior role and you will be responsible for all online and offline communications for this Educational Charity. Managing a small marketing and communications team, the role will ensure the organisations face and voice is seen and heard on the international stage, that its branding and messaging is clear and compelling and that our fundraising structure is supported to help achieve its goals.
You will be providing communications and marketing leadership and direction. A key aspect of the role will be to develop and implement a communication strategy across both external and internal stakeholders and this should be aligned to the objectives of the Director General, the executive board and the Board of Trustees. The fundamental role will be to integrate the global marketing and communications function ensuring that its profile, brand and awareness are consistent, relevant and compelling.
You should be able to demonstrate a capability for establishing thought leadership programmes amongst global organisations and ideally recognise the integral role that marketing and communications has in fund raising.
Experience of working within the North American market is a must.
As a senior appointment within the management structure, the role will be delivered against a backdrop of change and transition for the organisation. The role will oversee all communications across its global operations and will ensure the organisation has an accurate, values based narrative that positions this charity as a global influencer.
The Head of Marketing & Communications will be responsible to the Chief Relationships Officer (CRO) and in their absence, to the Chief Operating Officer and will be part of the CRO’s team.
