IT Systems Analyst
Monday to Friday, but may be required to work additional hours for on call, to support projects or department out of hours cover.
You will be responsible for the delivery and maintenance of a secure, effective and efficient IT infrastructure across the organisation, that is resilient and fit for purpose. You will need to ensure that infrastructure components, including servers, network equipment, storage, data & voice links and telephone systems are optimised, and backed up in accordance with agreed schedules.
You will have attained technical qualifications (e.g. Microsoft, VMware, Cisco etc) and completed relevant and server and network training. You will have demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, including ADFS, SCCM, SCOM, DHCP, DNS LANs and WLANs. Also you will be expected to have good experience of data centre operations including Windows operating systems, Azure, Office 365, VMware virtualisation and Windows/Citrix thin client technology.
