You will be responsible for the 1st and some 2nd Line support for a range of businesses that are spread across multiple industries. Working remotely, you will be expected to support on a range of different technologies and work will include but not limited to; end user support, 1st line , some 2nd line, Laptops, Desktops, Monitoring, Windows, Active Directory, servers, networks, backups….etc. Formal and on the job training will be on offered to the successful candidates.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in close knit business that will allow you to technical grow whilst having exposure to a wide array of industries and environments.

The role:

*1st and some 2nd line support
*Windows, Active directory, Desktops, printers, Network, cloud, servers, backups, etc.
*Remote support - Swindon
*Working with environments and industries
*Exposure to the latest and greatest technologies
*£20'000-£25'000 + £5'000 on call + Technical development + Local travel + Holiday + Pension

The person:

* 1st and some 2nd line support experience
* Window experience
* Some server knowledge - (creating users, backups, anti-virus)
*Some network knowledge - (basic troubleshooting)
* Active Directory experience
*Looking to technical and career progression.
